Excel Physical Therapy was opened in 2007 by Jason Garon, PT to fulfill the need for a local, patient-oriented, friendly physical therapy clinic. Pain, limitation in motion, and weakness can stop you in your tracks and prevent you from doing the things you love.

We, at Excel Physical Therapy, are ready and eager to help you get back to life in the fullest. We are dedicated to the most advanced practice techniques including trigger point dry needling, spinal manipulation, joint mobilization, and the most effective exercise techniques backed by research. We believe that in order to make you the best, we have to be our best, which is why we pursue advanced training in research-based treatments.  We have extensive expertise and experience in physical therapy. Our therapists hold advanced certifications that allow us to help you get back to the life you love.

Our therapists work one on one with each client in order to fully understand your limitations, complaints, concerns, and fears. We take time to teach you about your injury and what you can do about it! Our therapists and clients have the opportunity to form partnerships on the road to recovery. We are delighted to provide optimal physical therapy care for new and existing patients. We are located at 135 Route 27, Raymond, NH 03077 (across from Lamprey Healthcare).
