Our mission is to help you reach your goals whether you are recovering from an injury, surgery, or simply want to move and feel better. Excel Physical Therapy treats disorders from all regions of the body. See below for our therapy specialities.

Spinal Stabilization and Dysfunction:

Over 60% of people experience back pain at some time in their life. Common diagnosis treated include whiplash, chronic low back/neck pain, sprains/strains, disc problems, sciatica, and post operative conditions. Your therapy will focus on addressing symptoms, using manipulation, soft tissue massage, mobilizations, modalities and provide the strength and stability training in order to return you to activities without the fear of reinjury.

Graston Technique:

Graston technique incorporates an instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization to address adhesions and scar tissue which limit normal body function. Clinical application has been successful with tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, any tendonitis/tendonosis, plantar fasciitis, shin splints, anterior knee pain, or any type of scar tissue formation.

Trigger Point Dry Needling:

Trigger Point Dry Needling incorporates the insertion of a small filament needle into a “Trigger Point” of a muscle to elicit a twitch reaction. The twitch releases and relaxes the muscle which in turn helps reduce soft tissue restrictions and pain.

Post Surgical Rehabilitation:

Hip, Spine and Ankle.
Shoulder: Including rotator cuff repairs, acromioplasty, labral tears (SLAP lesion), and anterior instability (Bankart).
Knee: Including ACL, meniscus, arthroscopy, chondral defects, patellar dysfunction, tibial osteotomy.
